The Ice Dragon is a visual triple recessive boa combining Blood, Albino, and Anery. Each of these traits is recessive, meaning the animal must inherit the gene from both parents to visually express it.
Because of that, producing one is a numbers game. In a triple-het × triple-het pairing, the odds are just 1 in 64 (1.56%) per baby.
That level of rarity is what makes projects like this a long-term commitment, built through generations of planning, holdbacks, and selective breeding.
